The second day of the third round gets underway on Sunday as 16 teams are playing for a spot in the Sweet 16 of the 2013 NCAA Tournament.

Louisville is the nominal favorite to win the tournament despite its tough draw, according to the FiveThirtyEight forecast. Still, it has only a 23 percent chance of doing so, just ahead of Indiana at 20 percent.
